Recognizing when myself and/or others are hurting, understanding the true cause, and taking steps to prevent or mitigate it. Sitting with pain to understand it's lessons instead of trying to avoid it. Being open to opportunities and understanding my capacity to take advantage of them. Remembering we only consciously perceive %5 percent of the world around us and so making sure I focus on what's important despite what is going to be the mother of all circuses of distractions. And not forgetting that sometimes the most important thing for me to focus on in the moment is staring at a tree. 💜
